Led the end-to-end redesign of a decentralized onboarding and leadership development ecosystem to improve alignment, consistency, and long-term organizational capacity. Conducted structured performance and root cause analysis to identify gaps in progression, cultural integration, and leadership pipeline development.
Architected and implemented a unified 12-week onboarding pathway integrated with scalable leadership and mentoring frameworks. The initiative doubled consistent weekly leadership participation (3 → 6), expanded peak engagement to 10+ leaders, and equipped 20+ mentors—strengthening succession depth, delivery consistency, and long-term sustainability.
